Growth Mindset Toolkit

Today, I acquired the Toolkit for growth mindset. After having a trial to read it, I meditated and perceived that it can be fruitful to share with others. Because I have a firm belief that your imagination and feelings have a direct impact on your real life. Whatever you imitate, it will change your real-life behavior positively. For example, when you pretend that you are confident enough to explain your point of view to others, eventually you will. Let’s take another example. I have already started implementing the first tip; Positive self talk since the last week when I went out with one of my good friends. I was getting a bit confused because I wore a red-colored dress after a long time. Because I don’t want myself to be underconfident in front of others, therefore, I started talking myself to boost up my confidence by saying “you are rocking this red look, so don’t spoil it through negative vibes.” It worked for me, and I gained confidence. You can also try such tricks to look for optimist changes in yourselves.
To develop a growth mindset, I will adopt the powerful habits of thinking, reading, writing, and learning. Then I will get myself out of the comfort zone and face challenging situations to learn more for operating at a higher mindset. After few weeks of developing such an amazing routine, I will start interacting with my fellows, who know me well and care about me enough to give constructive feedback. Based on the feedback, I will move forward with lots of improvement and positivity to have a bright future ahead.
