What is Organization about ?

Life as such is challenging, and the humans have made it more complicated because life has fallen into class and categories where the rich are getting richer and the poor are dying for food. It is heart-wrenching to see this situation because people are suffering from hunger, lack of education and also some are homeless. Khudmukhtar is a non-profit NGO whose main purpose is to collect donations from different people, NGOs, organizations, or brands to help unemployed individuals of the society due to COVID-19 pandemic especially labor community. According to a famous saying, “If u give a person a fish you feed him once and if u give his fishing hook u feed him forever”. The other NGOs and philanthropists help poor by giving them grocery or a small amount of money which does not help them for long period of time. Along with it, this help hurts their self-respect and moral values. While the help given by Khudmukhtar may include job opportunities like businesses on small scale according to their skills and experience.

Currently we are working on an idea to provide unemployed community with money (products) to assist them developing their business independently and planned to start maximum two startup by 20 February 2021.

Methodology

Our circle group is sub divide in different teams: Marketing, Finance and Procurement. Marketing team will be responsible for advertisement on social media and finance team will be responsible for managing funds. We will collect money personally either by hand or through online transactions like Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash or Bank. Procurement team will be responsible for purchasing required items for startup. We will take our daily action plan that we created above and do it on regularly bases.

Reviewing our goals regularly will help us to check our progress to determine if any adjustments are required. In addition, monitoring our progress will also likely motivate us to try even harder. Whenever we see positive results, we have the tendency to take more action so we can see more positive results.

We will achieve our goal through following steps.

Group Meetings

We are arranging group meetings about project progress on daily bases.

Case identification.

We are working on collection of data from our target community with predefined standard. We will finalize case in next two days. Once we finalize case with our standard, then we will put our plan into action.

Fundraising

We will approach different organizations, NGO’s our social circle, friends, and family for funds collection and explain them to the noble cause behind it. We will satisfy them on their queries to build their trust.

Advertisement

We will be developing a social media strategy for achieving our goals. A social media strategy is a summary of everything we plan to do and hope to achieve on social media. It guides our actions and lets we know whether you’re succeeding or failing. We will spread our message through different mediums like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.

Plan for Next 2 weeks

We will identify two cases from our target community in coming week and try to resolve one of them through funding. When we will complete one of them, we will start working on third one.
